She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Padova, Italy, where she trained in the Department of Metabolic Diseases and Diabetes Clinic of the University, with particular clinical and research work in diabetes and obesity.
She specialized in Internal Medicine at “EVANGELISMOS” hospital and “POLICLINIC OF ATHENS”. Also during specialization, she worked in the follow sections:
1. Gastroenterology and Hepatology Section of hospital “POLICLINIC OF ATHENS” where she was trained to perform a liver biopsy, in the management of patients with cronic liver diseases.
2. 2nd Cardiology Department of hospital “EVANGELISMOS”.
3. Intensive Care Unit of the University of Athens.
She specialized in Diabetology in Endocrine Clinic of “METAXA” Hospital of Piraeus.
She was an associate of Diabetes Unit of the same hospital and Bariatric Medical Institute of Maroussi.
She worked as a curator for four years in the Department of Internal Medicine of the Hospital “Metropolitan” in Neo Faliro.
